Alex Oriakhi was awarded the BEKO-LKL player of the month for January after posting averages of 12 points and 7 rebounds for Pieno Zvaigzdes. Oriakhi and former Missouri teammate Michael Dixon have starred for Zvaigzdes -or “Milk Stars”- during a recent win streak that has propelled the club to fifth place in the LKL standings.
